Punk-Sqitch

Schema change management for Punk applications, on Sqitch. `punk sqitch`
runs any Sqitch command against the database the application is
configured for, so the connection is described once.

INSTALLATION

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install

App::Sqitch v1.6.1 needs `cpanm --notest App::Sqitch` (see the POD). The
host that deploys needs the database's client binary - sqlite3, psql or
mysql - on its PATH.
