To install:
./configure
make
make install

To start:
In console run mdm. To replace gdm or kdm to mdm I must know your distribution type.
And I know how to do it only for my system now. :( Any feedback are welcome.

NOTES:

1) After normal install in your /etc/rc.d/init.d directory will be file "mdm". It's a starting script
for mdm. You must replace S**kdm in /etc/rc.d/init.d/rc5.d with S**mdm. And you must sure that
your default runlevel is 5.

2) Themes are in $(kde_datadir)/mdm/themes.

3) Config file - /etc/mdm.config
After installation you can change current theme in file /etc/mdm.config.
Available themes are default.theme, green.tgz, blue.tgz, lime.tgz, winxp.tgz.

4) After first start program create file $HOME/.login_icon for every user.
In this file located path to user icon.

5) If something wrong, send me file /var/log/mdm.stderror( if it not very big ).
