dccproc: The Distributed Checksum Clearinghouse or DCC is a cooperative,
dccproc: distributed system intended to collect "bulk" mail (spam), It allows
dccproc: individuals receiving a single mail message to determine that many
dccproc: other people have received essentially identical copies of the message
dccproc: and so reject or discard the message.
dccproc: DCC works alone or with procmail programs. It also is fully integrated
dccproc: into SpamAssassin. Note: this package only includes the client
dccproc: side programs. The server and sendmail interfaces are not included.
