diction: Analyse diction and style in English and German - diction 1.10-rc4
diction: Diction and style are two old standard UNIX commands.  Diction identi-
diction: fies  wordy  and  commonly misused  phrases.  Style  analyses  surface
diction: characteristics  of a document,  including  sentence length  and other
diction: readability measures.
diction: These programs cannot help you structure a document well, but they can
diction: help  to avoid  poor wording  and  compare  the  readability  (not the
diction: understandability!) of your documents with others.  Both commands sup-
diction: port English and German documents.
